For timber stores, we perform pretreatment and processing that will save time.
For online sales, we have developed and processed sizes that can be used immediately after delivery.
PRODUCTION
NC router
NC router is an abbreviation of NC (Numerical Control), which means numerical control. It is a machine that programs the processing contents by numerical calculation with coordinates, and cuts the material with a high-speed rotating blade called a router under the control of a computer. Unlike conventional processing machines, it enables complex and precise processing such as engraving characters and hollowing out figures. We can provide original products that meet the needs of each customer, rather than the ready-made products that are lined up in stores. You can draw not only straight lines but also curved lines as well as figures, and you can also make holes in your favorite places and stop them. We are now able to significantly handle parts that we could not handle, such as hole diameters and processing positions.
It is possible to process not only wood but also polycarbonate and acrylic resin that we handle, but basically wood processing is the main process, so aluminum plates and stainless steel plates cannot be processed. (The required number of rotations of the blade is different.)
Mulder
It can be processed into various cross-sectional shapes by using various shapes of cutters and round saws. A wide range of processing is possible such as interior materials (window frames etc), construction materials (basewood etc) and small splits.

It is possible to cut all four sides in one process. Since it is scraped smoothly as if it was hung with a plane, it will be finished on a beautiful surface.
Gang saw
Multiple pieces can be divided by setting and passing the saw according to the size. It is also an advantage that many sheets can be made at one time by passing several sheets in a row.
Panel saw
Cut by sandwiching wood and fixing it firmly. The cut surface is beautiful, and it can handle fine dimensions and sizes up to about 8 shaku.
cross cut
Make a length cut. It is possible to cut several pieces of wood at a time, and to work efficiently.
Lip saw
It is possible to cut wood with a thickness of 110 mm and a width of about 300 mm. Suitable for small numbers, as you can easily set the dimensions.
Automatic canna machine
Through this machine, we finish the canna finish. Gloss comes out on the surface and becomes a beautiful finish of the slick. Depending on the condition of the wood, the thickness to be cut can also be adjusted.
JAN sticking machine
I will paste the JAN automatically. We support customers for home improvement.

There are various types such as product development with non-standard dimensions, original stools, workbenches, etc.
While making improvements, we are developing higher quality and more convenient products.
Prototype / sample sales
In joint development with home improvement stores, we will sell prototypes and samples before commercialization.
We also support such small orders.
